Globalization Conflict

The conflict is the objectification of women due to globalization. It is external because other people are judging Muslim women.
She means that western culture overpowers all other cultures and that nothing external can change western culture. Globalization causes conflict because it makes unfamiliar cultures interact.

Western culture does give good role models for women of both cultures.
